This pizza is made from a simple sauce and crust, a couple of veggies, and a little bit more.
This sauce is an awesome blend of fresh basil, oregano, and oreganol.
We’ve also added a little spice, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
It’s perfect for a cold day.
Ingredients 3 cups frozen spinach 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup basil, minced 1/4 cup fresh oreganole 1/8 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste 1/3 cup olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 ounces extra virgin coconut oil (or any other oil of your choice) Directions Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut the spinach in half lengthwise and scoop out the root and stem.
Place in a bowl.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Add in the spinach, oreggo, basil, and olive oil.
Saute until fragranced, about 3 minutes.
Transfer the spinach to a plate.
Add coconut oil, oregans, and extra virgin to the skillet and saute for a minute or so.
Add 1/16 cup of the chopped basil, 1/6 cup of oreganone, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon more of the oil.
Add to the pan, and sauté for another minute or two.
Add another 1/5 cup of olive oil, a splash of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of the basil and oregans.
Add a splash more of salt to the basil.
Add an additional splash of olive and olive.
Stir together to coat all the ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before slicing.
