It’s usually made with a combination of eggs and water.
This is the dough you’ll want to use to make this pizza.
We’re going to take a look at how to prepare the dough and how to store it.1.
Prepare the dough1.1 Preheat oven to 180°C2.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out the dough, about 8mm thick.2.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper3.
Line a baking tray with a sheet of foil4.
Place the foil sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.5.
After 15 minutes, transfer the dough onto the baking tray, pressing down with a wooden spoon to prevent the dough from sticking.6.
Repeat with the remaining dough and foil sheets.7.
Leave the oven for 15 more minutes before serving.8.
To make the dough more crispy, place the dough in a bowl and allow it to rest for a minute before shaping into a loaf.
You may also roll the dough into balls, but we’re not doing that here.9.
Take a loaf of the dough dough and slice it into 1cm slices.10.
Brush the tops of the slices with olive oil, then bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.11.
Take another loaf of dough and cut into 1-2cm slices12.
Brush a second slice of bread with olive butter, then roast the second slice for about 30 minutes.13.
Serve the loaf hot with some tomato sauce, a drizzle of lemon juice, a sprinkle of pepper and a pinch of salt.
