It is a matter of some debate who will start on Saturday against Udinese, but it is clear that there is little appetite among the Nerazzurri fans for the player who has been with them for almost a decade.
In truth, the current team has had enough and has moved on.
However, as we reported yesterday, it seems the Nerazurri will be able to add another striker for the game, with the news of a loan signing of the young striker, Emiliano D’Alelio, from Lazio, being confirmed today.
The move will give the Neros a little extra width in the attacking midfield, and D’Almeida is expected to join the Neras squad on Saturday.
There are a number of players that the Neranos could bring in, from defenders to strikers, with Inter having a strong squad that includes Diego Milito, Mauro Icardi, Alessandro Nesta, Alessio Romagnoli, Mario Pasalic, Davide Santon, Sergio Romero, Marco Verratti, Marco Calcio, Diego Miliano, Mauros Antonio and Paulo Dybala.
Inter have also announced the signing of a number on loan from Roma, with Alessio Giannini, Luca Guarnieri and Andrea Cercio expected to make the move to Inter, with Gianluca Pisanu expected to come off the bench.
This news should mean that there will be more players in the Neramids squad than in the previous two weeks.
It is unlikely that the move will be made official until Monday, but as soon as the news is confirmed it will surely be confirmed, with all eyes on Milan.
